Q: Can I get my pictures back if I reinstall the app?
A: Your files can be recovered using the same account if you have enabled backup and have uploaded your files to the cloud. If your files are only locally stored, they cannot be recovered after an app uninstall.
Q: If I forgot my password?
A: If you Forget Password you can always Recover Password by your given e-mail id and regain access to this app by click on forgot password option on lock pad top right corner.
